This form is to be completed in respect of any complaint concerning the standard of
workmanship with regards to safety of a Register of Gas Installers of Ireland (RGII)
Registered Gas Installer (RGI).

RGII is primarily concerned with technical gas standards and gas safety (i.e. compliance
with the National Standard for Domestic Gas Installations (IS813) published by the National
Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) and do not have a role in disputes of a commercial
nature.
